Full Terms And Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is XO Sports (www.xosports.ai).

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older, and residents of the United States of America aged 21 years or older, who are active free trialists or paid subscribers of XO Sports at the time of entry verification. Employees and immediate family members of XO Sports are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens upon announcement and closes at the scheduled tip-off time of Game Four of the 2026 NBA Finals. Entries submitted after tip-off will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants must submit their prediction of the exact final score of Game Four of the 2026 NBA Finals via the designated entry page at www.xosports.ai before the competition closes. One entry per person.

5. Prize

The total prize pool is USD $3,000. The prize pool will be shared equally among all eligible entrants who submit the correct exact final score of Game Four.

If no entrant submits the correct exact final score, the prize will be awarded based on closest prediction, determined as follows: the difference between each entrant’s predicted score and the actual final score will be calculated separately for each team. These two differences will be added together to produce a total point difference. The entrant with the lowest total point difference will be declared the winner. For example, if the actual result is Team A 112, Team B 108, and an entrant predicted Team A 115, Team B 105, their total point difference would be 3+3=6. The entrant with the lowest total point difference wins.

In the event of two or more entrants recording the same total point difference, the prize pool will be shared equally among those tied entrants.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

The winner or winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their XO Sports account within seven (7) days of the conclusion of Game Four. XO Sports reserves the right to require winners to provide proof of identity, age, and eligibility before the prize is awarded. Winners must respond and provide any required information within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within 14 days or cannot be verified as eligible, XO Sports reserves the right to void that entry and award the prize to the next eligible entrant.

XO Sports will publish the winner (s) on their website after verification has been completed.

7. Prize Payment

The prize will be paid in USD via electronic transfer within 30 days of competition completion. Winners are responsible for any currency conversion fees or tax obligations arising from receipt of the prize. XO Sports accepts no responsibility for any bank fees, conversion costs, or tax liabilities incurred by winners.

8. Game Postponement or Cancellation

If Game Four of the 2026 NBA Finals is postponed, the competition will remain open and entries will be held valid until the rescheduled game is played. If Game Four is cancelled and not rescheduled, XO Sports reserves the right to transfer the competition to an alternative game and will notify entrants accordingly.

9. NBA Disclaimer

This competition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the National Basketball Association (NBA) or any of its member teams.

10. General Conditions

XO Sports reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or otherwise breaches these terms and conditions. XO Sports reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so. All decisions made by XO Sports in relation to this competition are final.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and notifying winners. XO Sports will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at www.xosports.ai.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. By entering the competition, participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
