FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter
The promoter is XO Sports Pty Ltd (ABN 71 677 324 542) of
Level 9, Tenancy 3, 168 Exhibition Street, Melbourne VIC 3000
(“XO Sports”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Competition Overview

The XO Sports NBA All-Star Competition (“Competition”) is a game of skill in which eligible entrants must predict the combined total number of points scored across the four (4) NBA All-Star Games played on Monday 16 February 2026 (AEDT).

Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or over; and
• Individuals who, at the time of entry, are either:
  • Active paying subscribers to XO Sports; or
  • Active users on a valid XO Sports free trial.

Entrants must hold an active subscription or be in a free trial prior to submitting their entry and remain active until winner determination.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of XO Sports are not eligible to enter.

XO Sports reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter the Competition, participants must:

1. Submit their prediction of the combined total points scored across all four (4) NBA All-Star Games via the official entry form at:  https://xosports.ai/competition/

2. Hold an active XO Sports subscription or free trial prior to entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per eligible user.

Entries must be received no later than 8:59am (AEDT) on Monday 16 February 2026, being immediately prior to the scheduled tip-off of Game 1.

Entries submitted at or after 9:00am (AEDT) on Monday 16 February 2026 will not be accepted.

Late, incomplete, or invalid entries will not be accepted.

4. Nature of Competition

This Competition is a game of skill.

Winning is determined solely by the accuracy of the entrant’s prediction of the final combined total points scored across the four (4) NBA All-Star Games.

5. Prize

One (1) total prize pool of:

AUD $2,000

will be awarded.

The prize is:

• Not transferable
• Not exchangeable
• Not redeemable for alternative goods or services

The prize will be paid via electronic bank transfer within thirty (30) days of winner confirmation.

XO Sports reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

6. Determination of Winner

Winner determination will occur as follows:

1. If one entrant correctly predicts the exact combined total points scored across the four games, that entrant will win the prize.
2. If multiple entrants correctly predict the exact combined total:
   • The prize will be shared equally between those entrants.
3. If no entrant correctly predicts the exact total:
   • The entrant whose prediction is closest to the actual combined total points will win.
4. In the event of multiple equally closest predictions:
   • The prize will be shared equally between those entrants.

A winner is guaranteed.

All determinations are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

Winner(s) will be notified via their registered account email within fourteen (14) days of completion of the final NBA All-Star Game.

If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, XO Sports reserves the right to determine an alternative winner based on the original judging criteria.

8. Disqualification

XO Sports reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Provides false or misleading information
• Attempts to manipulate the Competition
• Breaches these Terms & Conditions
• Is not an active subscriber or trial user at time of entry

9. NBA Disclaimer

This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the NBA.

All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Gambling Disclaimer

XO Sports is not a gambling operator, bookmaker, betting exchange, or affiliate.

We do not facilitate wagering, accept bets, process transactions, or link to gambling services.

All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

11. Privacy

By entering this Competition, entrants agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with the XO Sports Privacy Policy, available at: www.xosports.ai

Personal information will be used for:

• Competition administration
• Winner verification
• Prize fulfilment

XO Sports handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok or any other social media platform.

13. General

XO Sports reserves the right to:

• Cancel, modify or suspend the Competition if necessary
• Amend these Terms & Conditions

XO Sports has the right to use submitted entries (anonymously) for marketing and social media purposes.

14. Free Trial Disclosure

An XO Sports free trial is currently available for fourteen (14) days.
The trial is fully cancellable at any time and incurs no cost.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
